Because Google, I guess. *eye roll*
I'd finally started to notice I hadn't been getting email notifications lately, but wasn't sure why until now. Oh well, good thing for Feedly, I guess. *weary sigh* (I mean, I used to use Google Reader for that, but Google killed that several years ago, too. Go figure.)
So now, I've gone through and added all of my Youtube subscriptions to Feedly (or, at least, the ones that are still active/I still give a shit about), rather than just some of them, which is the reason it took me so long to register that I wasn't getting emails any more. I was still getting notifications, after all... just not through email. For those others, I'd been relying on the emails, because I didn't want to stuff up the Feedly thing too much. I still may go back and sort them into more meaningful categories, rather than most of them just being in a "Random Youtube" folder, like it is now.
Kind of sick of Google just randomly killing shit that I was using, especially with little to no warning, as in this case.
