This is bittersweet news. On the one hand, it was apparently pretty much confirmed by Nintendo of America that there are no plans to bring Mother 3 stateside officially.
On the other hand, Tomato of starmen.net is doing a translation patch, with help from guys at Aeon Genesis and Neo Demiforce. That's about as bad-ass of a fan translation team that one could hope to get.
