Been a real see-sawing over the past several posts I've made, between grim and serious political bullshit posts (and you can read that either as "political-bullshit posts" or "political bullshit-posts" and it would probably be about equally accurate), and then dumb, silly, video game related posts like this one.
Anyway, yeah, whenever a new thing comes out in video games, fully expect everybody else to latch onto that thing like a leech and suck on it for a period of three to ten or so years until the new thing has become little more than a desiccated husk that everybody now hates. And then the next new thing comes along on which the leeches begin to suck, yet again. This is not a new phenomenon. It has been the bread and butter of the video game industry pretty much ever since the advent of video games. Hell, not even just video games, really.
And yeah, you can fairly easily use that shit to date when a game was released.
The stuff about morality in Atlus games at the end of the video was pretty weird, too.
