That comic is real.
So Capcom is apparently trying to get 98% of Street Fighter 6's playerbase to not want to main Ken the way they did in most of the previous games, by making him into a scummy crypto-bro, terrible businessman, and shitty father. I doubt that ploy's going to work, though. ¬_¬
