"A pair of Supreme Court cases whose arguments are being held Monday will influence the future of online speech and the limits of future tech regulation." (Note, this thing is being updated in real time.)

Hey, yo, SCOTUS, I'm going to make this really simple for you:

Also, here's the thing about the comparison between newspapers and shopping malls: social media sites, like newspapers, require you to create an account with them (free or otherwise). Shopping malls do not. Any rando fuckwit can come into a shopping mall. (It's at least part of the reason I rarely if ever go to shopping malls anymore.) Newspapers aren't required to publish every single crackpot "letter to the editor" that they receive, nor should social media sites be required to allow any crackpot RWNJ to post whatever dumbfuckery, either. (Or, for that matter, if I signed up for """""Truth""""" Social, and started making a bunch of posts about how Donald Trump is a rancid puddle of diarrhea and that the GQP needs to be demolished forever and then I got banned for that, I wouldn't start bawwing about "censorship" if I did, either. Of course, that's not a thing I would ever do, because I would never touch """""Truth""""" Social with a ten-foot pole in the first place, but I digress.)
