Either Edmund McMillen had nothing to say about either LISA: The Painful or The Last of Us, or else Woolie and Pat were talking so much that he couldn't get a word in edgewise.
I've attempted LISA: The Painful at least three or four times now and never really made it that far in. It's not a bad game, it's just that I feel like I would need to be in a certain mood to seriously attempt it, given the content, and that's a mood that I don't think I could sustain over however many days it would take to make it through. Haven't touched LISA: The Joyful at all yet, as a result. Oddly enough, the only game in the series that I've actually completed is the Yume Nikki-like freeware game LISA: The First (originally just LISA, because it was, you know, the first game). Despite the super shitty spider areas.
I only ever attempted The Last of Us (the first one, before it was called "Part 1") the one time, made it maybe a quarter to a half way into it, never finished it, and then sold it with all my other console stuff. I've never had any interest in rebuying it for PC as of yet, partly because of the price, which never seems to go on a good enough sale for me, and partly because I'm just not much interested in that style of game anymore.
