"Literally worse than EA"

Talk to me in twenty years when Mojang has bought up half of the industry and subsequently shut it down while churning out one-tenth-assed versions of previously awesome games made by those companies before Mojang bought them, and then we'll talk about Mojang being worse than EA.

Anyway, it looks like Notch is kind of pissed about this whole thing and the reaction to it.
So here's an honest question: Does EA allow people to monetize their shit in this manner? I honestly don't know, but something tells me that EA would probably be a whole lot less nice about it than Mojang has been so far if it was going on and they found out about it.
