Homestar Runner updated again.

Twice even since the last time it updated several months ago. With the promise at the end of the more recent one of an actual full Halloween toon to come "sometime before Halloween." We'll have to wait and see if this is an indicator of more frequent updates, but even if it isn't I'll take what I can get.
