When the shit hits the fan...

...it rarely feels like it's just a single big one-and-done glob of shit that hits the fan, you know? It too often feels more like it's an intermittent stream of shit globules, some of them more liquid-y and spray-y, others much more solid and prone to clogging up the fan almost entirely, spread out over days or weeks or even months, maybe even completely unrelated to each other but still consistently colliding with the fan all the same.

It's not great. Not great at all.

So sick of that "What if <insert thing here> was the friends we made along the way?" meme

It's fucking banal and goddamned tiresome. Please stop.
