Dude, I've had the Symphony of the Night soundtrack for years now. ^^;;
What is it doing, just not downloading anything at all or downloading corrupt files or what? Note also that when you left click the link for an mp3 on a soundtrack page it takes you to a second page with a "click here" link, and clicking or right clicking on that link is what starts the actual download, rather than it immediately starting the download from the soundtrack page. Not sure why they do it that way, other than for them to put up a bunch of "don't stream from our site" warnings, but oh well.
Also, I noticed that for a short period of time, while I was trying to get the Jade Empire soundtrack, it started to repeatedly refuse connection and the whole site stopped responding, but after a few minutes it all started working again.
As for Command and Conquer, Renegade is one of the few games for which I don't have the soundtrack ripped. I only have, I think, the first level music, iirc. :( That and Red Alert 2 (though I do have Hell March 2, naturally), because I can't get RA2 to install in Win XP for some annoying reason or another. It's possible that I could rip some music from Renegade, but I don't recall there being a sound test or anything of the like in that though. It's been forever since I played it however.
Otherwise I have the soundtracks for Tiberian Dawn, Red Alert, Tiberian Sun, and TS Firestorm, all direct rips.
Hmm, perhaps I should compile a list of all the game soundtracks I have and post it in LJ.
I don't have the expansions for Tiberian Dawn or Red Alert, though I do have Yuri's Revenge for RA2. Haven't actually *played* it at all yet, nor ripped any music from it, though I've had it for a while. I just gave up on trying to get the original game installed, and didn't even bother with Yuri's Revenge at that point. :/ I might try tinkering around with it again at some point though when I get a break from school.
Haven't heard much of anything about either Tiberian Twilight or the rumored Red Alert 3 for a while now, unfortunately.

Also, do you have any of these game expansions?
-Tiberian Dawn: Covert Opperations
-Red Alert: Counterstrike
Never played them, but am interested in music. I like Westwood Studios.
And as long as we're on the subject, is there any word at all on when Tiberian Twilight is supposed to hit?
