Deadly Premonition

Has anyone with a 360 (or a PS3, if you cared to import the Japanese version) played this game? It's gotten mixed reviews, to say the least. I've heard the "so bad it's good" description tossed around quite a bit. "Twin Peaks meets Shenmue" is something I've seen mentioned a few times as well. I must admit, while I'm hesitant, I'm also a bit curious, especially given that it's apparently only $20.

Well, took the opportunity to download the free mp3s on the website at the very least, which I'll listen to a bit later. Much the same as how the Resonance of Fate website had a few free mp3s available on it. ^^

Also, WTH is with official game websites like this (And most music band websites when I think about it) and their almost insistence on being 100% flash driven? X_X
