At least half true. *nod* We (the library where I work) sell what we can, but still end up discarding a couple trashbins of books every few days. Part of that is hideous donations that don't make the criteria for resale, but still. Everybody keeps expecting more and more out of libraries, but absolutely will not cough up the money to make anything happen. Also, I resent being a barista. :/
