This whole thing first popped up a few days ago, and I ranted about it on Facebook and Twitter, but haven't mentioned it here yet, so I think I'll go for the hat trick.
I'll just say that I hope Coulton does have a legit case here and that he takes Glee and FOX for everything they have.
