Why? Do I really need to say this all again? Well, here goes. If EA would just stop horribly defiling and murdering the things I loved, then perhaps I would... well, not love them in return, but at least not actively loathe them and wish for their downfall and disappearance so much, maybe. That, more than anything else, is why I hate EA and will likely always hate EA (since there is very little they can do at this point to bring back the once-great companies that they've already annihilated). All the other bullshit they do is smaller potatoes compared to that, but they're still potatoes.
As for that "worst company" poll, though, I already agreed with RPS who agrees with EA that they are not the worst company ever. Worst video game company? Oh yes, most definitley (though they have quite a few worthy contenders for that title). Worst company period? No, not so much.
