He does seem to be forgetting one thing in the video though... Capcom Japan has done the same thing to him in the past. In fact with that case, it wasn't even just his own footage that they claimed to grab the revenue - they actually GAVE him the promotional videos/etc, which he used in his video, and then claimed it on him. To be slightly fair, I believe it was Capcom America that gave the materials out.
Same kind of deal tho. Apparently it's not even Nintendo America that's being major douchbags over youtube, just Nintendo Japan. But if you ask me, there's no point in distinguishing them since the end result will be the same. IE: Just because the american branches are sane, there's no point in giving them free PR when the japan branches are just going to go full on greedy. Sadly for the non-japan branches, it means their main branch is shooting every branch of the company in the foot with it's shortsighted tactics - and then complaining about the poor performance world-wide.
