Outside of Botchamania[1], I have not watched any professional wrestling since around 2004-2005 or so. Shit like the above is why. It's like "No shit, Sherlock. Of course it's fake. But you don't come right out and say that." I like their comparisons with magic shows and if Brie Larson had stopped in the middle of Captain Marvel and said "This is all CG. None of it is real."
[1] - And, oh boy, the next one of those is probably going to be extra special, what with the above-mentioned shit Maffew will have to work with.
