Man, that really sucks.
Mr. Eisenberg has been the only Star Trek cast member with whom I have ever had (admittedly sparse, but) direct interaction, via Twitter (back before I abandoned Twitter entirely). Basically, we shared a loathing for the current POTUS, and he'd "liked" and retweeted a few of my responses to his Star Trek-related tweets, as well. Nothing much, to be honest, but better than nothing at all, I guess...
Also, Nog was one of the two main characters (the other being Vic Fontaine) in what I consider to be one of the best episodes of Deep Space Nine.
