Fucking hell, Democrats, if you're going to impeach the motherfucker, after all this time, then impeach the motherfucker already and don't do this pussyfooting "we're only going to count Ukraine" bullshit.

Again, not that any of this matters, really, because Moscow Mitch will just blithely clear Trump of all charges if/when it gets to the Senate. *shrug* I bet he's hoping the impeachment goes through, just so that he can kill it as quickly as possible. He's probably champing at the bit with his turtle beak to do it. I would never be happier to be proven wrong on anything as much as I would be on that, however. Maybe the number of Republican senators that would be required to tell Mitch to get fucked would find their spines and senses of ethics and morality and do the right thing, and Trump would be successfully convicted, but there's no damn way I'd ever bet the farm on that happening.
Also, the vast majority of United States (center-to-left-leaning[1]) news media is utter clownshoes shit (though not for any of the reasons that Donald Trump would try to have you believe they are). They're basically goddamn clueless about anything related to Trump/Russia and surrounding issues, and treat all the things that a lot of not-big-name-news-people have known about for months/years as if those things are only now just coming to light. And because they cluelessly knew nothing about it beforehand, they automatically assume there was nothing to know about it until now, and report on it thusly. Or if they had heard about it previously (e.g. from guys like Seth Abramson and such), they just poo-pooed it as crackpot conspiracy theories and ignored it, and then they conveniently forget about all that when their own ilk begins to report on it more seriously. I mean, I don't claim to know or to keep up with most of this shit (and, in fact, I have been actively avoiding most of it lately, because it gives me a fucking spiritache), but I do know that a lot of this shit that's "only just being learned about now" was shit that Seth Abramson and others like him were talking about months/years ago, and yet nobody seemed to care back then, especially if they had any real ability to signal boost it (*cough*mainstream-news-outlets-like-CNN-NPR-BBC-etc.*cough*) or even actively do something with/about it (*cough*Democrats-in-Congress*cough*).
More generally, the vast incompetence of the (center-to-left-leaning[1]) news media is a large part of the reason why Trump is still President now. Hell, for that matter, they're also a large part of the reason why he was able to become President in the first place. If a too-large percentage of the electorate wasn't braindead, thanks in part to piss poor news media, they wouldn't have been getting their "news" from all the right/alt-right/Russia/etc. pro-Trump/anti-HRC fake shit.
[1] - I feel the need to specify center-to-left-leaning, because it should already be a given, accepted fact that right-leaning news media in the United States is, has been, and always will be even worse than that utter clownshoes shit. On the other hand, to give them dubious credit, while right-wing news media may be full of lying shitfucks, they're very, very good at their jobs of being lying shitfucks.
