It was the entire USA that opened up too early to be honest. Virtually none of the states even managed to flatten the curve (Despite what trump's surgeon general is tooting to keep his job, because you know he'll lose said job if he doesn't repeat what trump wants to hear) before they started opening again.

In Canada there are a few provinces that should have stayed closed as well but are opening up as well. Ontario and Quebec being prime examples - and are indeed where 75% or so of the cases are.

Some provinces, including NB, managed to hit covid-free status. Some still are - we would have been in NB but a doctor tentatively got it from his trip to Quebec so we're back up to 29 odd cases over the last couple weeks, all in one district. Well, there's one case in Moncton not related to him, but that's a temp foreign worker that was in self isolation anyway prior to being diagnosed (14 day isolation required when entering province for most people) so it's not likely something that will spread.

If you see people trying to say this is the second wave for the USA? Kindly remind them to have a second wave you guys had to finish the first one. Which you most definitely didn't.
