The only Dragon Quest/Warrior games that I've played are VII and VIII. VII was amazing for the time, and VIII was pretty good, too, from what little I recall of it now. This has always been one of those "maybe I'll try to gather them all up and play through them someday" series, but I don't know if I'll ever get around to actually doing it.
(EDIT) Wait, no, I also played IX on the DS, though I never completed it. It was pretty good, too, what I played of it. (/EDIT)
(I certainly won't be buying Dragon Quest XI while it's laden with the malware Denuvo, though, that's for sure. ¬_¬ [EDIT 2] And so, now that they've wised up and removed the shitty malware, I may actually consider buying it now. [/EDIT 2])
