I post this (for which the above is not the headline, but it is the take-away quote) not because I give a shit about whatever shitty, failed, unreleased, really dumb-sounding MMO that eventually became Overwatch (a game about which I also don't give the slightest solitary shit), but because I'm glad that someone else finally acknowledges the hubris of Blizzard, even if that acknowledgement comes two decades or so too late, from a dude who doesn't even work at Blizzard anymore, and isn't even in reference to the main thing that Blizzard utterly fucked up (well, main two things, if you also count Diablo IV).
