If you buy through EA's online store, that is. And from what I can tell it only applies to the digital download version.
As for me, I already have the original game and HD graphics updates don't really matter much to me, so I'll most likely just stick with getting a boxed copy of the sequel through Amazon. Pre-ordering it through Amazon and other places apparently gets you the soundtrack, for what that's worth.
