Headaches suck too. Not sure which is the cause of which, though I'm guessing at least in this particular case the former is the cause of the latter. Went to bed last night around 10pm or so, but didn't fall asleep until at least around 4am or so. Headache started to set in a little after. Only up now because cell phone low battery beeping. Figured while I was up, I'd muddle off an email to work to let them know. Well, that's another day down the drain.
