Yeah, this sort of thing ideally would be pretty much all that Hillary Clinton should need to do for the next six months. Just keep putting out ads every week or two that do nothing more than to simply repeat all of the ridiculously asinine horseshit that has come out of Trump's own mouth over the past year or so. No need to doctor it up to make it seem worse than it really is, because most of that shit was already beyond the pale as soon as it left his festering blowhole.
Yeah, sure, some people actually get off on that kind of thing and still think Trump is awesome regardless, and thus such ads would backfire against them. But then, those people are already lost causes anyway, given that they're moronic enough to have been supporting Trump in the first place. For anyone still (somehow) on the fence about the whole thing, however, those people are the ones who really need to know what they'd be getting into if they're even remotely considering voting for Trump, and it's these people who the ads should be targeting the most.
I'll be honest here, Hillary Clinton is not my ideal candidate for the Democrat side. I'm not sure that Bernie Sanders was, either. Neither are perfect. Hell, I don't know who my ideal Democrat candidate would be. Maybe give Obama a third term? I dunno, he's not perfect either. But I'm already on record as having said that I'd even go so far as to be in favor of amending the Constitution to allow someone to have more than two terms as POTUS and then for the US to reelect fucking George W. Bush again, let alone Obama, before I'd want to let Donald Trump in there, so it honestly doesn't much matter to me who is running on the Democrat side. I'd vote for an exceptionally stupid bag of dripping wet cow dung with a half-assed smiley face drawn on it before I'd vote for goddamn Donald Trump. No matter what else, I'll be voting against Trump as much as, if not even more than, I'd be voting for Clinton.
