As usual, I agree pretty much 100% with Ian's perspective. Pat seems maybe a bit wide-eyed and naive, perhaps just overly optimistic, at least as far as believing that these companies are happy to act in good faith with regards to this shit, but I still mostly agree with some of his somewhat more cynical and jaded viewpoints from later in the video.

All in all, I think that forced arbitration (especially in cases involving sexual harassment, but also just generally speaking) is, and always has been, utter horseshit. Also, I think that a union for video game developers, in general (and not just on a company-by-company basis or whatever it was Pat said), would be a very good thing to come into existence (though, again, I agree with Pat's jaded comments that it won't likely happen any time soon).

(Adding an obligatory "e-sports are not sports" tag to this, because Riot and League of Legends and whatnot. *shrug*)
