It's a bit weird that they (correctly) have Jecht in the thumbnail, but I don't think they actually mention him in the clip itself.

Ditto for Shou Tucker. Why thumbnail if not in clip? WHY?

Also they probably could've included Enji Todoroki/Endeavor (Hero Academia) on this list, although I say that not having read/watched whether his redemption/atonement arc ever actually redeems him.

I honestly don't remember much about Jecht as a father figure, good or bad, despite having played through Final Fantasy X multiple times. He's just... there. Well, not there really... but you know what I mean.

Having not seen anything of Fullmetal Alchemist or Hunter x Hunter, I only recognized Jecht, Gendo, and Heihachi. Given the company the other two share here, though, they obviously must be pretty shitty dads, too.

That said, as for Jecht, I think Tidus more hated his idea of Jecht, rather than Jecht himself. It's been decades since I played through it the one time, but I mostly just remember that Tidus seemed to hate him primarily for disappearing, and the few cutscenes of Tidus's memories, it was mainly Jecht being a drunk, Jecht monopolizing the attention of Tidus's mother, and Jecht constantly shitting on kid Tidus for being bad at blitzball and crying about it. Which isn't great, but it's not quite "throwing your kids off cliffs or into active volcanoes or out of helicopters" levels of bad father.
