A bit of background: I'll be heading back to North Carolina during Christmas break. On my return flight, I'll be arriving at Seattle Tacoma airport at around midnight or so. Gah, seriously, but nothing I can do about it really. Well, I decided to check the Metro Transit trip planner to see what the bus trip back to Redmond would look like, if I left at 12:30am. Here are the top two results (the third was just a very slight variation of the first):

I honestly can't decide which one is better. Is it the first one, which has me leave SeaTac and get to 4th Ave and University St, get on the bus there, ride it around for two hours and fifteen minutes, then get off at the same place that I got on, wait there for an additional hour and nine minutes, and then finally go the rest of the way to Redmond? Or is it the second one, which has me leave from SeaTac and get to Federal Way Transit Center, wait there for an hour and four minutes, then go back to SeaTac, then from there go to the Bellevue Transit Center, and then finally back to Redmond?

I'm thinking I'll either just try to get a cab straight from SeaTac to Redmond, or take a bus to Bellevue Transit Center and then try to take a cab from there to Redmond which would probably be a little cheaper. In any case, it really shouldn't take six hours to get from SeaTac to Redmond.
