Hey look, yet another reason not to care about Diablo 3.

Just so you don't have to actually read the article, I will give you the gist: They are dumbing it down"streamlining it" for a multi-platform release (i.e. consoles). Sure, they may try to claim that they're not doing that, but that's exactly what they're doing, mark my words. Seriously, just look at all the stuff that is being removed in the interests of "simplicity" or whatever. I mean, it's not like Diablo or Diablo 2 were all that super-complicated themselves, but still...

Meh, whatever, none of this really matters to me since I already wasn't planning to get the game anyway, due to the "always online" dealbreaker. I will mention this every single time I make a post about this game, and any other game that uses the same.

Yeah, "dumbing it down" does seem to be the accurate term for their "Streamlining". Going down the article I notice the majority of it is about removing things from the game.
