Not a follow up to the previous rant, but a different issue.

Middle-clicking. In most modern web browsers, if you middle-click on something, like a link, it will open the contents of it in a new browser window or tab.

On the Steam client, it does this maybe... half the time? If that much? I mean, it always opens a new Steam window when you middle-click on something, but then only maybe half the time does it then properly open whatever you middle-clicked on into that new window. The other half of the time, it just leaves that new window there, useless and black, while improperly opening the new thing into the main Steam window, overwriting whatever page you'd been on that you'd middle-clicked on, as if you'd just normally left-clicked on the thing.

It is worse than useless.

I've tried to report this to Steam, but it was probably pointless to do so, because Steam's technical support still hasn't stopped sucking rancid asshole.
