The fact that frivolous charges were brought against Comey in the first place is a "misstep," though, of course, that's not what the article above refers to. Still, hopefully all the Department of Vengeance cases similarly brought against Trump's perceived enemies will be potentially thrown out as well, for much the same reasons, because if they fucked up this bad here, they very likely did so in the other cases, too.
