This is what was given out at the memorial and funeral service for my father. It was made by my sister. Just thought I'd scan it in and upload it. Mine was a bit crumpled after making it here from NC in my luggage on the airplane, but is still readable.
(EDIT) Fuck Photobucket. I'll probably replace these broken images at some point... (/EDIT)(EDIT 2) Let's see how well Google Photo holds up... (/EDIT 2) (EDIT 3) Google Photos shit the (em)bed, as usual, so replacing it all with just links now.
