In the interest of fairness, here's Bethesda's side on the whole thing between them and Mojang over the word "scrolls." They're not really saying anything new there. Personally, while I kind of see where they're coming from, I still think it's a case of making mountains out of molehills, especially since Mojang apparently already offered to give up their trademark. But then I am not a lawyer and I don't hold the rights to The Elder Scrolls. All in all, I hate the whole "you have to protect your crap in an incredibly aggressive manner or else there's a vague, potential risk that you might lose it at some nebulous point in the future" concept.
