A bit of a shame, but given that the last good game Lionhead made was Fable II (with Fable III being a half-assed wannabe Fable II[1]), this doesn't really surprise me all that much. And especially since Fable Legends looked like it was going to be diarrhetic shit anyway, I don't think much of value was lost, in that case.
I blame Microsoft for all of this, of course, just like I blame Microsoft for a lot of other things, these days. They're barely a half-step above EA at this point, if even that much.
[1] - And yet, Fable III is available on PC (along with the original Fable, in varying forms), whereas Fable II is not. And now, with Lionhead potentially getting flushed down the toilet like so many other once-greatdecent video game studios, we'll probably never see Fable II on PC, either. That's the worst part about this, at least for me.
