When I woke up yesterday, it was with a sore throat, stuffy nose, and a headache. Oh great, I thought, yeah let's get sick less than a week before graduation. That's wonderful. However, after I got up and started moving around, it was all mostly and inexplicably gone after an hour or two.

Fast forward to this morning, and the same thing happened (minus the sore throat this time, thankfully). Yet now, again, it mostly seems to have gone away. If this is "being sick" it's a pretty piddly sick. It's just enough to be annoying, and little more.

Sounds like mild seasonal allergies, compounded by being flat all night. Sore throat can, for instance, be caused by your mouth flying open all night so you can get air thru your clogged up nose. Lack of air causes headaches... I basically get what you're saying all the time.

Try breathe-right strips! : )

I used to get sick around this time every year. I'd get a sore throat that was so bad I couldn't even talk. It seems like this is around the time pollen starts to come off of the trees.

Maybe those breathe-right strips that alessar mentioned would help. I always had a lot of extra strength Tylenol, Claritin, Ny-Quil, and cough drops.
