A sign of things to come elsewhere, hopefully?
All that's left now is for them to drop the auction house everywhere else, along with the inability to mod and, most importantly, the always online requirement, and they'd be good again. Well, as I've said in the past, the auction house and the inability to mod don't much bother me personally (though I know it bothers a lot of others), but the always online BS is, always has been, and always will be the dealbreaker for me.
